Hay Day Content Creator Codes

Hay Day has finally caught up with the other Supercell games and now offers the option to support your favorite content creator. Like the other Supercell games you just need to enter in their code and when you purchase diamonds or packs in the game you can support them indirectly in a financial way. To access this option in Hay Day click on the diamond button in the top right hand corner. This will then open up the shop.

Before making a purchase slide to the end of the shop and find the green box. This is where you enter the creator code of your choice. My code as you know is the same as my gamer name R3DKNIGHT and this you enter. The code is valid for seven days and needs to be entered every seven days. Since R3DKNIGHT is not the only Hay Day Creator you can choose your favorite and support them or if making many purchases change as often as you like.

Every Supercell game has this option and you can use any creator code across any of the games so it doesnt have to be one of the Hay Day Creators.

How does the support work is often asked so I’ll explain that now. When you want to buy something you type in the creator code, You make your purchase for real money and then get the items you have bought. For you this is it. The money you paid is now with Apple or Google and they take their percentage, lets say 30% as their fee. The rest of the money is then sent to Supercell. Supercell gets this 70% and notices that you chose a creator. They then put 5% of the 70% aside for that person. After a period of time and accumulation the amount will then be paid to the Creator.

This is Supercells way of supporting us and saying thank you for making content that the community likes. As a creator I dont get any of your information nor do I know how much you spent. I just see one person, two people etc… used my code as a total. No private info is given to me or anyone else.

My First Video

My first Hay Day videos were posted on the 18th September 2013 according to the posting date so I guess I have been posting for a long time now. Back then I was a level 58 farmer and didn’t use voice when I made the videos.  I initially used some of the free music posted for content creators but later had to remove that when someone said I had to pay.

Came as a big surprise but I guess things change. I’m glad in many ways that I did and that a fan advised me to start recording my voice over the videos and now I have added my face. I wonder what the next part will be. Maybe a 3D image of me walking around the farm requesting TNT from the farmer. LOL

In just under 2 and a half years I have amassed a following of 17,920 subscribers which is so cool. Recently I also passed the 5m view mark as well and now have 5,361,657 views for the 320 videos on my channel.

I really hope that one day I will hit the 50,000 subscriber point. This is one of my targets that I’m working towards now. Fingers crossed that it’s before the end of 2016.

This is my first post on my page so I guess I had better introduce myself. My game name is R3DKNIGHT and I am a YouTuber. I currently have two channels on YouTube. One for the game called Hay Day and the other for any other games or videos I play or make.

Now why did I get into YouTubbing and how has it affected my life? I guess the answer is very simple, in that I wanted to help someone out and the best way at that time was to make a video. It kind of expanded from there and now I have quite a lot.

How has it affected my life? Well, that’s simple as well, In a big way. It has taken me to Helsinki, allowed me to make many new friends around the world. Got me involved in many groups on Facebook, made me into someone who both the young and old go to for advice or inspiration. My voice even sends people to sleep, which is a good point I think.

As a YouTuber I am not as active as others but I try to do something on a weekly basis and I am in no rush to become famous or even rich. In fact for anyone out there, it’s actually hard work and you don’t make that much money when you first start so if you wanted to become a YouTuber good luck and be prepared for the long road.

To be a YouTuber you have to create your own style and set yourself some goals. My goals vary and currently I am working on streaming which is a challenge in itself as my fans now get to see my face in addition to hearing my voice. For me this was a big worry as I’m neither young nor handsome like many others, but I just went for it and don’t regret it at all. I think going to Helsinki and meeting some of the other YouTubers gave me the confidence I needed for this step in my life.

What is the main game I play? Well, I am a virtual farmer. I play  game called Hay Day in my free time and this is how I got my start. Hay Day is one of the four active games from Supercell, a Finnish company. I’m not an employee, but someone who loves their games as I feel they are well made and very enjoyable.

The game of Hay Day appealed to me due to its relaxing nature. I could come and go as I please. No one would attack, steal or raid my farm. I can be creative as much as I like and I run my farm within my own limits. I enjoy this kind of game where I can build something up.

Do I see myself stopping either playing this game or being a YouTuber. The answer to that is a resounding NO. Like I said it is relaxing and I’m in no rush. Farming in a simulated environment is fun and the YouTubing side is also enjoyable although hard work. Two of the biggest kicks I get is to support others like myself who enjoy this game or the others I play and to read their comments in messages or chats.

It’s also actually quite cool to meet people who play the same games on the train and to then talk about our styles together or to meet someone who says I love your videos and please don’t stop.

Okay that’s it for my first post I guess but I will start to add more as I get used to this site.
